Source Announces Application to Extend Warrants

SOURCE EXPLORATION CORP. ("Source" or the "Company") (SOP: TSX-V) announces that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of outstanding warrants exercisable to purchase an aggregate of 2,037,500 common shares of Source originally issued in connection with the brokered private placement (the "Private Placement”) of 4,125,000 units (the "Units”), with each Unit being comprised of one common share of the Company and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant a "Warrant”). Source Enters Into Letter of Intent for Capricho Gold - Silver - Copper Property, Sinaloa Mexico

SOURCE EXPLORATION CORP. (the "Corporation" or "Source") (SOP: TSX-V) today announced that its 100 % owned Mexican subsidiary Roca Verde Exploration de Mexico has entered into a Letter of Intent with Empresa Minera Caprice, JC, S.A.  de C.V. (EMC) to enter into an option agreement to acquire EMC's Capricho mineral exploration concessions located in Sinaloa, Mexico (the "Option"). Source Intersects 1.05 g/t Gold, 2.10 g/t Silver and 0.34% Copper (1.69 g/t Gold Equivalent) Over 22.0 Metres at Cinco Senores

Source Exploration Corp. ("Source" or the "Company") (TSX-V: SOP) is pleased to provide highlights from additional drilling at the Cinco Senores and Las Minillas skarn zones on the Company's Las Minas Project with highlighted assays of 1.05 g/t Gold, 2.10 g/t Silver and 0.34% Copper (1.69 g/t Gold Equivalent) over 22.0 metres. The Cinco Senores skarn zone is located approximately 730 metres west-northwest of the Las Boquillas drilling (with previously released assays of 16 metres grading 1.35 grams per tonne gold, 2.74 grams/ tonne silver and 0.45% copper or 2.20 grams/ tonne gold equivalents), and is believed to be the on-strike continuation of mineralization outlined at Las Boquillas and El-Dorado. Drilling at Las Minillas was designed to test a shallow dipping mineralized skarn zone that yielded 3.89 g/t gold, 26.60 g/t silver and 0.83 % copper over 2.0 metres in previous sampling.

Source Exploration Corp.("Source" or the "Company") (TSX-V: SOP) is pleased to provide highlights from additional drilling in the area of the El Dorado skarn zone at the Company's Las Minas Project located in western Veracruz, State, Mexico. The El Dorado mineralized zone is located on-strike and approximately 350 metres south of the drilling carried out at Las Boquillas - see press release of May 3, 2011. Drilling tested the zone over a strike length of approximately 150 metres and intersected up to 75.8 metres of mineralization with significant gold, silver and copper values. Drilling Intersects Wide Spread Gold, Silver and Copper Mineralization Including 21.1 Metres Grading 0.88 g/t Gold, 5.05 g/t Silver and 1.60% Copper at Source's Las Minas Project

Source Exploration Corp. ("Source" or the "Company") (TSX-V: SOP) is pleased to report encouraging preliminary results from the initial drill program at the Company's Las Minas project located in western Veracruz, State, Mexico. The holes were drilled as part of a Phase 1 program to define primary targets for a planned expanded drilling program and to test the strike extension of mineralization outlined by Source's recent sampling program. To-date drilling has intersected mineralized zones hosting significant gold, silver and copper values extending up to 180 metres beyond the historical mine workings at El Dorado. These zones have apparent widths of 15 to 30 metres in thickness and have been delineated over a strike length of more than 300 metres.
